Machine Description:

It’s mainly used for punching and cutting for frame plates in garage industry and auto industry.

 Machine Function and Feature:

1.  It consists of main machine body, punching oil cylinder, guide slider, die changing system, clamping system, plasma cutting device etc.

2.  There are seven punch die stations on the main machine body which can punch different hole size. The Molds are easily disassembled and completely with high efficiency.

3.  The machine is equipped with a plasma cutting device. The frame plate can be punched holes and cut on the same machine. It is can great improve the working efficiency and reduce the working strength of workers.

4.  The linear guide way is imported, and it has long lifetime and high security.

5.  Punching stations are arranged in linear pattern, the dies change is convenient and fast.

6.  The clamping system uses hydraulic clamping follower technology, before punching, the clamping plate holds down the plate well, then the punch fulfills punching process, the clamping plate goes up and reset back after the punch completely turns back from the plate.

7.  The machine adopts high quality PLC and servo motor, the upper computer is industrial computer IPC control, friendly interface, and convenient operation. X and Y axis are CNC controlled with high positioning accuracy. There is CAD/CAM function. The CNC system has self-diagnose function, automatic warning message for machine’s troubles, easy to do maintenance.
